Main Responsibilities:

< li> Communication with clients via e-mail, chat, messengers, phone.
• Increasing the client base.
• Customer retention.
• Work with cold and hot customers.
• Solving our customer queries like a ninja.
• Building long-term relationships with clients based on friendly partnerships.
• Data collection and analysis to study the needs of our users.

Skills that will come in handy:

• English - Upper Intermediate or above.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Communication skills capable of selling ice to polar bears.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Are you fluent in German? A nice bonus, but not the deciding factor.
