Take care of key customer relationships and enhance customer relationships. ,Find pipeline of customer and control the pace of their project development. Deliver company values and solution values to customers.Organize project or customer analysis meeting to make work plan for customer. Market competition analysis. Organize technical and service resources to support customer meeting topic. Manage the progress of customer projects.Internal compliance work: Follow the internal process to deal with orders and customer registration. Follow the company policy to prepare customer quotation. Follow the company policy to chase customer payment.Other duties specified by the Supervisor.Others: Flexibility for frequent international business trip, open-mind for cross-culture exchanges.Professional Knowledge:Have at least 3 ~ 5 years' experience in sales position, background knowledge for telecom industry especially Wireless and fixed network.Have connection with different operator. It could be a plus if have working experience in these companies.Business Skills:Customer-oriented. Able to demonstrate the ability to manage programmers across a multi- cultured company.Good Interpersonal skills, Full of passion to work, self-motivated. Flexibility, consideration, patience .Hard working.Willing to take challenges on tough goals.Key Skill:1. Product Knowledge or background knowledge for telecom industry2. Good Negotiation Skills3.
