Account manager for working with banks in Portmone.com | Portmone, TOV

FinTech company Portmone is the first Ukrainian payment and online transfer system that has been developing non-bank payment solutions since 2002 (B2B and B2C services and products)

We are looking for a manager for working with partner banks in the team.

What needs to be done:

• Support of partner banks during connecting our services for them
• Processing and solving requests from partner banks on operational issues independently and on other issues with the involvement of colleagues;
• Processing requests from the accounting department (differences in the accounting reconciliation by partner ) and customer support services;
• Communication with partners, conducting business correspondence, help in solving issues;
• Formation of reports on the work performed;
• Processing current requests.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience as an account manager (preferably) in in the financial field from 1 year;
• Having experience working with banks will be an advantage;
• Attention to details, desire to get to the bottom of the situation (causes of the problem);
• Systemic approach to accomplishing assigned tasks, analytical mindset, initiative;
• Ability to work in a team, achieving planned indicators;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel;
• Independence in work, organization, responsibility.
