Account - manager for work with TOP partners in Portmone.com | Portmone, TOV

FinTech company Portmone is the first Ukrainian payment and online transfer system that has been developing non-bank payment solutions since 2002 (B2B and B2C services and products)

We are looking for an account manager in the partner department.

What needs to be done:

• Full partner support - connection and control of new products and services for partners;

• Help in processing B2B Support requests.

• Partner consultation on interaction protocols;

• Working with documents (signing contracts, requests for repeated financial monitoring of clients).

• < p>Offering new solutions and products of the company to clients, consulting on product issues, working with the system, basic issues of integration of payment solutions.

• Compilation reporting.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service (mainly B2B). 

•  Basic knowledge of the card business, e-commerce, interest in the field of Fintech.

• Orientation to the client's needs;

• Ability to competently communicate orally and in writing, the ability to learn quickly.

• Independence in work, organization, responsibility

• Ability and desire to work in a team.
