Customer Service Account Manager (Neuron) (ID 358) in HELSI

Helsi is a Ukrainian product IT company, on the market since 2016. Helsi's goal is to access health in one interface. 

The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, and medical institutions to automate the work of healthcare facilities and carry out electronic document management. More than 9 million people are users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by about 1,500 health care facilities and over 38,000 medical workers across Ukraine.

What is required:

• Proficiency in PC at the level of confident user.

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.

What you will do:

• Calculating and preparing media plans/advertising campaigns based on data from dashboards.

• Launching and monitoring the effectiveness of targeted advertising campaigns.

• Preparation and coordination of commercial proposals.

• Constant communication with existing clients, project support at all stages.

• Invoicing, working with contracts and other documents.

• Analysis of campaign results, preparation reports for clients.

• Coordinating internal processes between departments for quality project execution.

• Looking for opportunities to expand cooperation with clients.
