Account Manager (for Media) in Promodo

What will you do? communicate with clients at all stages of the project (online calls, electronic communication, personal meetings, business trips); manage the project team ( distribution of tasks, monitoring of intermediate results, deadlines); strategic development of the project, taking into account the interests of clients (understanding of business processes of clients and client goals, transformation of goals into tasks and distribution by channels, analysis of project development, proposal of a promotion strategy, determination of the most effective tools, organization brainstorms of the team); analyze the achievement of project goals (preparation, collection and verification of reports and executors, presentation to clients); timely resolve problems arising in the process of project implementation, settlement of disputed issues in the relationship between the customer and the team; manage financial issues and client's document flow. It is important for us: experience of 2 years or more in a similar position (in digital agencies, web studios, internet marketing agencies); experience in conducting digital campaigns; experience in non-digital media will be an advantage (radio, TV, OOH) ; understanding of basic media indicators; knowledge of basic digital media tools, such as Google ads (Youtube, GDN), Meta ads, digital TV; ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Power Point; negotiation and objection skills; customer orientation; analytical mindset ; the ability to work in multitasking mode; the ability to find an approach to the client.
