Account Manager (client from the financial industry) in McCANN Poland

Responsibilities:

· Management and coordination of projects for a client from the financial industry

· Implementation of projects using integrated marketing tools (including ATL, BTL, digital, social media, branded content, OOH, print)

· Client care, identification of their needs and expectations, attention to development, ongoing advice and support

· Cooperation and coordination of the work of all agency departments (including creation, strategy, production, social media, legal department)

· Supervision and coordination of activities of external subcontractors

· Taking care of financial and legal aspects related to ongoing projects

· In the event of needs, implementation of promotional lotteries and competitions

Our expectations:

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience related to customer service in an advertising agency

· Experience and knowledge of regulations related to full-service campaign management

· Ability to establish positive, long-term relationships with clients (we believe in a partnership approach and developed trust)

· Efficient project management, your own time and that of others, setting priorities, punctuality, accuracy

· Ability to draw conclusions and create recommendations with an understanding of the client's business challenges and goals

· Highly developed interpersonal skills and effective communication

· Focus on searching for solutions and flexibility in action

· Experience of working with clients in English - meetings, presentations, e-mail correspondence < /p>

· High communication skills, meticulousness and conscientiousness
