Engenious is a US-based consulting agency with a global presence. Although Engenious’ main area of expertise is mobile development, it is a home for more than 50 plus talented world-class engineers with domain experience in Web, Backend, and Test Automation.

Open role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Manager with a software development background and project-oriented mindset to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Oversee the delivery of key projects, focusing on high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines
• Collaborate closely with project teams, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and expertise.
• Utilize your development experience to offer technical insights and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable development plans.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular reviews with clients and internal teams to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with goals.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team, particularly in areas of development and programming.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Must be proactive in all initiatives
• Strong foundation in programming principles and practices.
• A clear understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality control and associated metrics
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, with exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Fluent English both conversational — C1 is a must
