Account manager (English language) in SoftSvit

Hard-skills:

• Level of spoken/written English from C1 (important: business vocabulary);
• Experience in communicating with native speakers (UK, AU, etc.);
• Aural perception of accent, dialect (UK, AU, etc.) ;
• Experienced PC user, preferably with Windows administration skills;

Your daily tasks will be:

• Communication with clients by telephone and business correspondence;
• Support and consultation of existing users from driving our product;
• Developing long-term relationships with customers;
• Communication and transfer of information to others company departments;

• Schedule: TUE - SAT - 12:00 - 21:00 (45 min. — lunch, 15 min. — breaks)
