Organization and coordination of work within the project team: correct and comprehensive assignment of tasks to the back office teams for: planning, launch, reporting, post buy for advertising campaigns, as well as control of work execution with maximum efficiency and on time. Expansion of the number and scope of services, that are provided to the client (resale of the agency's tools and services). Financial reporting on projects. 🎯 It is important for us: To have experience in the position of Middle Account Manager / Project Manager in an advertising or digital agency for at least 2 years. You have worked with complex projects and well-known local and international clients. You have experience working with advertising campaigns in digital: media - necessarily, performance - it would be good, but you know exactly which advertising tools can be used to achieve the goals of performance campaigns. Experience in effective negotiations, independent preparation for meetings, presentations of products and services for the client. You have solid knowledge of digital advertising, you know the main metrics, online advertising purchase models, advertising tools and platforms. You know exactly what they are for and how they work : Gemius, Google Ads, Analytics, Programmatic platforms, Meta ads, DV 360, remarketing platforms, application promotion platforms You have a systematic and proactive approach to work. You know how to launch / monitor and execute indicators in advertising campaigns and achieve the business goals of clients.
