What will you do:< /strong>
What is important for us:
• Work experience in the position of Affiliate Manager, Account Manager, Business development manager from 9 months strong> in the dating vertical;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Ability to self-organize and accept challenges;
• Knowledge of Excel and Google SpreadSheets at a high level;
• Ability to clearly express and argue your point of view;
• Focused on results and strong ambitions for success;
• Knowledge of basic metrics (CR, EPC, ARPU, DARPU, ROAS, CTR) and payment models
(CPL CPA CPS RevShare) the sphere of Affiliate Marketing;
• Analytical skills, the ability to analyze data and not work according to the principle of ctrl+c ctrl+v;
• English level - Intermediate+.
What will be a plus:
• Additional knowledge of one or more foreign languages will be an advantage: Spanish, French, German, Portuguese or Dutch.
• Experience of participating in conferences;
