We are a fast growing agency that currently operates remotely, globally (most of the team is from Ukraine) and is looking for a talented and passionate Account Manager to join our amazing team. If you have a passion for excellent customer service and enjoy making people happy, keep reading! English above average is required. During the first month or two you undergo training along with practical assignments, you should expect to work up to 30-40 hours a week, everything is paid, of course. Next, you become an assistant manager for the next period of approximately 3-4 months, where you move on to a deeper study of theory and practice together with experts. There will be a lot of development, training, assignments and projects. What you will do: Become the client’s “insider” in our team, protect the interests of the client/project and focus on getting results for the project/client. Build strong relationships with our clients and help resolve all issues related to our services. Actively Identify opportunities to improve client/project success, client satisfaction and overall experience with our agency. Collaborate with various internal departments (sales, product, etc.) to ensure a smooth and enjoyable client journey. (no sooner than one month) Conduct regular check-ins with clients/projects (often via chat) to ensure their needs are being met and their feedback is being heard. Monitor and analyze project and account/brand health metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues and make improvements. Develop and implement customized onboarding programs for the client to help them get the most out of our services. What we are looking for: An outgoing person with excellent communication and active listening skills. A person who is not afraid of a challenge who can think on his feet and come up with creative solutions. A self-starter who can take ownership of their work and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Who has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a drive to go above and beyond With experience in an Account Manager, Account Manager or Help Desk role preferred. Knowledge of Amazon and/or other e-commerce platforms (marketplaces) is desirable. A computer, a working microphone and a stable Internet connection are required :) Have you read this far?
