Our company specializes in the development and implementation of complex solutions for automation in the FMCG, Agro, finance and other industries.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and development of long-term relationships with existing customers of the company;
- Regular communication with customers (including C-level) to identify new needs and opportunities for cooperation;
- Conducting meetings, review sessions, customer satisfaction analysis (CSAT / NPS);
- Preparation of customer development plans (Account Plan) and management of active projects together with the delivery team;
Participation in the creation and promotion of additional products and services (upsell / cross-sell); - Control of the execution of contracts, invoices, renewal of licenses;
Maintaining the entire history of communications in CRM Creatio — updating the contact card, recording meetings, ideas and plans.
Requirements:
- University degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
- Experience in B2B sales for at least 2 years.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present products and services persuasively.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve common goals goals.
- Knowledge of the IT market and technological trends will be a plus.
- High level of self-motivation.
