Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, Project Manager (English, Amazon) in BFarm

We are looking for a talented Account Manager/Project Manager to join our fantastic team. If you are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and love making people happy, keep reading! 

In this position, you will become an expert on Amazon and e-commerce businesses around the world.

Your responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients by being their go-to person for all matters related to our services and their brand;

• Conduct onboarding for new projects;

• Identify opportunities to improve customer success, satisfaction and positive experiences with us;

• Collaborate with the product development department to complete additional project tasks in a timely manner;

• Collaborate with internal departments/teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure smooth interaction with projects;

• Conduct regular reviews of projects to ensure their needs are being met and to make them feel that their feedback and comments are valued;

• Monitor and analyze project performance to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive improvements;

• Improving departmental processes to provide a first-class experience to projects.

What we are looking for:

• A person withexcellent communication, interpersonal and active listening skills;

• A person who speaks English at an above-average level, mainly for correspondence and for calls (over time);

• A natural problem solver, able to think quickly and come up with creative solutions;

• Who is comfortable working both independently and in a team;

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to going above and beyond;

• Preference is given to candidates with good English, experience in customer service and account and project management;

• Knowledge of Amazon and other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
