Main Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act asthe primary point ofcontact for our customers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand their business needs, goals, and challenges toprovide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction (NPS should benot less than 4.7). Revenue management : You will play amain role indeveloping strategies, executing plans, and collaborating with the delivery department toachieve revenue goals while maintaining astrong focus oncustomer satisfaction. Project Coordination: Collaborate with Delivery manager, Tech leads and Project managers ofthe projects toensure the successful delivery and meet agreed deadlines. Strategic Planning: Develop account plans and strategies incollaboration with the CEO, Head ofSales and Delivery manager toachieve revenue growth targets and align with the company’s overall business objectives. Accounts Receivable Management: Proactively monitor and track the receivables, together with our Finance Manager, toensure timely and accurate customer payments and collecting overdue debt. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities toupsell additional services and cross-sell complementary offerings tomaximize client value and foster long-term partnerships. Client Feedback and Insights: Gather client feedback, understand their evolving needs, and communicate valuable insights tothe product and development teams for continuous improvement. Contracts Negotiation: Work closely with the legal and finance teams tonegotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements with clients for the ongoing development. Requirements: Minimum 3years ofexperience inaclient-facing role asaKey Account Manager orSales orsimilar position within anoutsource development company Proven revenue management skills with afocus onachieving atleast90% ofquota Successful project coordination experience with on-time delivery ofmilestones (90% orhigher) Proficiency infinancial management, ensuring less than10% overdue payments Demonstrated ability toachieve aminimum of20% revenue increase through upselling and cross-selling Strong communication skills togather client feedback resulting inatleast20% improvement incustomer satisfaction Track record ofnegotiating successful contracts, achieving aminimum of90% contract renewal rate.
