About Us:
We are looking for an employee to join an innovative company in the American payment systems market. Our mission is to revolutionize the payments industry with innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing and nurturing our client relationships. Responsibilities:— Incoming Correspondence Handling: Efficiently manage incoming correspondence from PP and HRC to ensure prompt and accurate responses.
— Deal Management: Handle incoming deals from the portal, ensuring they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
— Opportunity Identification: Identify potential placement for inbound deals with our solutions or third parties (PP and HRC).
— Service Offering: Engage with PP portal registered users who haven’t completed the application process, offering our services to encourage completion.
— Data Entry: Enter and update deals in Monday.com , ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
— Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups on deals with agents, clients, and third-party solutions to ensure smooth progression.
— Documentation Collection: Collect and validate paperwork for ISO, ensuring all documents meet required standards.
— Document Review: Collect and perform initial reviews of supporting document packages for merchants.
— MPA Preparation: Pre-fill MPAs and send them via DocuSign or email for client completion.
— Statement Analysis: Analyze processing statements to identify any discrepancies or issues.
— Submission to Underwriting: Submit necessary documentation to underwriting (HRC and PP) for approval.
— CRM and OneDrive Management: Ensure proper entry and storage of information and documentation in the CRM and OneDrive.
— Hierarchy Creation: Create a hierarchy in TSYS once an account is approved (CBOS).
— Welcome Communication: Send welcome letters to new clients, ensuring they have all necessary information to get started.
Qualifications:
— Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role.
— Experience as an Account Manager, with a history of managing client accounts.
— Experience conducting client calls and presenting demos.
— Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
— Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools (e.g., Monday.com , DocuSign).
— Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
— Experience in handling client correspondence and documentation.
— Familiarity with the ISO validation process and merchant documentation requirements is a plus.
— Fluent English language skills are required.
