BotsCrew is looking for a client-oriented and result-driven Account Manager ready to take charge of growing our AI-Chatbot Reseller Program.

 

Acting as a client advocate, you will be responsible for recurring revenue growth from your accounts and work with internal teams to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. You may assist with cross-department collaboration, product development guidance, making sales, consulting, guiding, and assisting clients, and improving the overall customer experience.

Currently, we capitalize on White-Label Chatbot Reseller Program that allows our partners to sell AI-powered chatbots to their client portfolio. This specific offering and its growth will be your core responsibility.

 

What will you do?

  1. Lead the strategy and growth of the Reseller Partner Program
  2. Define customer business objectives and ensure they’re met efficiently
  3. Consult clients on the latest chatbot/AI trends and advise on business and market entry strategies from the expert standpoint (we'll provide you with the necessary training to equip you for this task)
  4. Discover new business opportunities by analyzing chatbot performance and suggesting improvements translated into upsells
  5. Grow recurring revenue from your accounts by 30%
  6. Analyze the needs of the Reseller Partners, define trends, and communicate them to the internal stakeholders
  7. Act as a liaison between Reseller Partners and development teams, shaping product requirements and translating them into feature requirements.
  8. Manage stakeholder relationships and reporting
  9. Participate in internal cross-department collaboration (sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams)

 

MUST-have skills & experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management at IT company
  • Previous experience or solid understanding of product development / management & Business Analysis concepts
  • Advanced English
  • Proven track record of managing middle- to top-tier accounts with $30,000+ annual budget under management
  • Experience working with the B2B market (primary market — USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, and Germany)
  • Solid understanding of AI capabilities and its business application (with focus on Generative AI)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
  • Data-Driven Mindset and Creative Thinking
  • Customer-First Mindset
