Financial remuneration is discussed at the interview.Work schedule: 5/2 during the war - online.Additional opportunities: reading club, wellbeing webinars, opportunity for personal development; the company encourages additional training through partial compensation of its cost; compensation for consultation with a professional coach or psychologist.Warm and supportive atmosphere in the team.Duties of Client Partner1.Maintaining warm and effective relations with the Clients:Development of existing relations with Clients through understanding the Client's needs and pains within the framework of a valid project.Expanding cooperation.Caring for the Client and the Client'sreputation.2.Management of the Client:Creating for the Clients the best experience of support and cooperation with the Wellbeing CompanyConsultancy providing to the Clients on issues of mental, physical, social, and financial wellbeing of employees.Development of internal communications for Wellbeing Company Clients.Maintaining and providing project reporting for the Clients and needs of the Wellbeing Company.Be in contact with the holder (level N-2).3. Financial monitoring.Managing the regular legal and financial issues with the Clients.What we expect from youProfessional knowledge and skills:Corporate experience starts at 5 years. Experience in consulting will be an advantage.High communication skills.Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian — fluent, English — no less than upper-intermediate: ability to speak and participate in business correspondence.Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage.Experience in conducting high-quality business correspondence.Confident Excel andPowerpointuser,experience with MS Office and CRM systems will be a plus.Ability to work on a flexible schedule - if necessary, connect on weekends or in the evening. Rarely, as needed.High standards of business ethics.
