Account manager at an advertising agency (remotely) in Veb Misto

Web City is a company specializing in creating digital solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. We develop websites, online stores, logos and set up Google advertising. We will help companies attract customers and work more effectively online.

In connection with the growth of projects, we are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for customer support and coordination of work processes within the team.

Main tasks:

• Project support.
• Communication with customers (by phone and Viber\Telegram).
• Coordination of team work.
• Control of task deadlines.
• Working with documents: contracts, invoices and payment control.
• Management of several projects at the same time (10-15 per month).

Important: the manager does not perform technical tasks, but organizes process.

Requirements:

• Experience in communication with clients or coordination of processes (any field, not necessarily IT).
• Responsibility, attention to details, ability to work systematically.
• Proficient oral and written command of the Ukrainian language.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode without disruptions deadlines.

Experience in IT or digital is optional - we provide training.
