Tasks:Maintaining customer support, processing orders and complaints.Management of product listings, their creation, adjustment and optimization.Monitoring Account Health and compliance with Amazon policies.Cooperation with logistics, production and support departments to resolve issues with delivery, returns and certification.Competitor analysis, development of promotion strategy and management of advertising campaigns.Conducting sales analytics, reporting and work with SEO optimization of listings.Creation and implementation of creative content for listings, management of SMM activities and integration with third-party companies
