We are "Productech" - a Ukrainian team that produces in China and sells own-brand electronics in America on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Our product portfolio includes wireless headphones, bluetooth speakers, air purifiers, body massagers, voice recorders, and accessories. Successfully operating since 2015, headquartered in Miami, USA.

Cooperation with "Produсtech" makes it possible for Ukrainians to earn on the American market, despite the war. That is why we invite an experienced Account Manager to our team to have the opportunity to continue growing together.

Functional duties:

  • know the rules and policies of the marketplace and monitor changes in the rules;
  • monitor health indicators of accounts on marketplaces;
  • create and fill listings, participate in the formation of content for listings and monitor its relevance;
  • use existing content for brand promotion in Amazon Posts (creating graphics and posting);
  • daily check of the backend of listings for full occupancy in accordance with the rules and policies of Amazon and other marketplaces;
  • daily monitoring of front-end filling of listings (content, BuyBox, Crossed price, etc.);
  • checking the account for the relevance of data and providing the necessary information at the request of marketplaces;
  • solve technical problems with marketplace support (opening cases, claims work);
  • find and test new opportunities to increase sales/reduce costs in marketplaces, involving other departments;
  • configure and control promotions, coupons and change prices;
  • stock management based on data from the logistics department, weekly/on-demand update of balances according to product availability on marketplaces;
  • interaction with SEO specialists, weekly calls and coordination of their activities on our own website;
  • generating reports, checking and submitting invoices for payment of services
  • automating routine processes of account management.

We expect you to have:

  • Account Manager experience at Amazon from 1 -th year - mandatory ;
  • high level of English - upper-intermediate and above;
  • system thinking, desire to automate routine processes;
  • technical literacy (confident user of Google Sheets, ChatGPT);
  • the ability to quickly solve problems if they arise;
  • attention to details;
  • high communication skills.
