We have been working successfully since 2015, the headquarters is in Miami, USA. Cooperation with "Produсtech" gives Ukrainians the opportunity to earn money on the American market, despite the war. That is why we are inviting an experienced Account Manager to our team to have the opportunity to continue growing together. We expect that you, together with the team, will help the business achieve strategic goals, ensuring the quality management and development of our account on Amazon and other marketplaces. Functional duties: study the rules and policies of the marketplaces and monitor changes in the rules; monitor the health indicators of accounts on marketplaces; find and test new opportunities to increase sales on marketplaces; create and fill listings, monitor the relevance of content; configure promotions, coupons and change prices; solve technical problems with marketplace support; automate routine account management processes. We expect you to have: 2 years of experience as an Account Manager at Amazon; examples of creating and implementing rules/systems for controlling a large amount of information; high level of English — upper-intermediate and above; technical literacy; the ability to quickly solve problems when they arise; attention to details; high communication skills. We offer: a decent rate tied to the $ exchange rate; a remote work format; we work "in white" exclusively according to the rules of marketplaces; in our company, the Account Manager does not deal with logistics and customer service; to be involved in the company's success and get access to our expertise.
