The position of account manager requires developed communication and customer relations skills. 

The main responsibility of the account manager is to ensure successful cooperation with clients, satisfy their needs and achieve the set goals.

Responsibilities: 

- Account management in social networks (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram) and filling them with informative content. 

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients: our account manager acts as the main point of contact for the client, communicates with them, understands their needs and requirements. 

- Placement of text material and management of various messengers. 

- Work to increase the volume of business with existing customers by offering new products or services, increase customer spending, and reach new customers. 

- Monitoring and analysis of results: the account manager monitors the efficiency of work with clients, analyzes data and develops strategies to improve results. 

- Collaboration with various internal teams such as marketing, product development, service support, etc., to ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements and the successful implementation of projects. 

Terms jobs:

- Salary: rate 15,000 UAH, as well as a  bonus part (discussed at interview). 
The average salary for this position is 20-35 thousand UAH. 

- Schedule of robotsand: 5/2 (Saturday and Sunday — weekend) from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Lunch 14:00-14:30.
