Account manager in MEDIA VGR

We, the marketing company Media VGR, are looking for a talented and motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, solving their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services.

• Ensuring effective communication with customers, including responses to inquiries in Direct and Messenger.
• Analysis of customer needs and development of individual marketing strategies.
• Coordinating the work of the company's internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality services to clients.
• Keeping documentation and reports on work with clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing or sales is preferred but not required.
• High level of communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and Russian languages.
