ETG, Reakiro Poland, Akamai Germany. We are currently at the scaling stage, so we are looking for a responsible Account Manager to join our team, who will cooperate with our clients and accompany them on all necessary stages.
Key tasks:
- Management of full-cycle projects< /li>
- Communication with the client, the full cycle of its support: from maintaining awareness of key events of advertising activities to working with documentation
- Setting tasks for specialists and quality control deadlines for their execution
- Organization of work with contractors
- Identification of new opportunities for the development of clients' business
- Generation of ideas to improve interaction with the client, upsales activity, upselling and work on increasing budgets
- Regular analysis of project results and search for ways to improve them
skills and experience:- Experience as an Account Manager from 1 year
- Knowledge of online basics - marketing, in particular PRC Google, Facebook & Instagram, SEO, E-Mail Marketing, branding, SMM
- The ability to quickly understand a new service, product
- Ability to generate ideas that produce results
- Ability to correctly set tasks, control their implementation at various stages
- Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, identify customer needs
- Flexibility, ease and courtesy in communication
- Ability determine priority tasks in conditions of high loading
- Competent oral and written Ukrainian language
Will be a plus :
- Knowledge of the English language at the B1+ level
- Work experience in an advertising agency
- Experience of working with clients in the field of real estate, medicine, motor vehicles and SaaS
