The tasks you will face:

1. Preparation of complex proposals,

2. Work in the accounting system:

• entry reserves, placing orders.

3. Support of the business sales process:

• provision, approval and signing of contractual documentation according to RK;
• request, approval and launch of materials for posting;
• control of timings for the client and for all processes;
• providing photo and video reports to the client;

4. Support of the process during the placement:

• documentary closing of the RK
• signing and return of acts of completed works;
• assisting the manager with any work questions;
• initiating proposals for the client in agreement with the manager.

5. Establishing media plans in CRM;

What is needed from you:

• Skills for working with MS Excel, PowerPoint;
• Experience in communication with clients;
• Working with 1C (preferred) ;
• Ability to learn and master new programs;
