It is necessary to have: • one year of work experience as an Account Manager and experience in managing 10 counterparties/projects; • experience in working with CRM/ERP systems; • command of the English language equal to Upper-Intermediate; • the ability to make decisions in conditions of limited information; • understanding the basics of computer science; • time management at a high level. Main responsibilities: • support and development of partnership relations with clients on outstaff projects; • invoicing and control of receivables on outstaff projects and company partners; • quality control of the company's outstaff services, resolving controversial issues and building long-term relationships; • drawing up weekly and quarterly work plans for outstaff projects; • development of the outstaff direction of the company.
