Growe is waiting for those who strive:

  • Fill out questionnaires, collect documents from internal departments, register back offices and accompany the entire application process;
  • Create tasks for integration and provide the Product manager and developer with all the necessary information to start the integration;
  • Conduct market research for the most popular payment methods and their understanding;
  • Support the KYC and compliance process during application by customizing the company's website according to the provider's requirements;
  • Search for competitors on the market and analyze their payment methods, flows, limits and providers;
  • Assist the finance group and the operations group in communicating their requests to the partner management and the head of the payments department;
  • Search for new payment and other providers in relevant markets;
  • Create group chats with suppliers for internal teams, informing them of contract terms and details for relevant internal teams;
  • Maintain relations with partners, communicate with their Account and Sales departments.

We need your professional experience:

  • 2+ years in the position of Account Manager or in a similar position in PSP or payments;
  • Experience of communication with foreign clients or partners;
  • Understanding the basic principles of contractual relations;
  • Knowledge of KYC and compliance procedures;
  • Basic understanding of technical integration of online payments, funnel, flows;
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Search, Similar Web, task tracking;
  • Basic understanding of corporate cash flows, income and expenses;
  • Upper intermediate level of English (written and spoken).

  • Basic understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows;
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Search, Similar Web, task tracking.
