About Us: Calibrated is a Ukraine-based agency offering expert global advocacy and communication services for Resilience Tech (including Information and Cyber Security), Recovery and Reconstruction, and the Public Sector.Role Overview: The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting in developing and executing communication strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of all client projects. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, customer excellence, integrity, and project management skills.We expect you will:Serve as the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients to understand their needs and objectivesDevelop a client acceptance strategyMap and effectively handle the client journey by ensuring clear and consistent communication, customer support, and CRM implementationNegotiate with clients regarding terms, conditions, and rates to achieve optimal agreementsTake part in developing client retention strategies and loyalty programsHandle all necessary documentation: from client briefs to service agreement sign-off and reportingContinuously adjust and improve processes based on feedback and surveys, to excel in client satisfactionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities on the network and market, develop plans to expand service offerings to existing clients To be successful in this role, you need:1-2 years of experience in a communications, PR, or marketing role, preferably within an agencyProven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English (B2+) and Ukrainian)Proficiency in CRM administrationAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Would be a plus:Previous experience in companies related to industries the agency works inCommitment to and interest in socially significant projects for the defense and reconstruction of UkraineCreativity and a proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to make decisions based on data analysis and insightsWe offer:Competitive salary Flexible working hours and remote work optionsProfessional development opportunitiesHighly motivated team working to make a positive impact on industries and society
