Right now we are looking for an Account manager . Our ideal candidate is a motivated and self-starter who wants to work in a friendly team. The successful candidate must be results oriented and business driven.
Basic requirements:
- Work experience of 1 year in the positions of Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager or BDM in IT;
- Understanding SDLC;
- Cross sale/up-sale experience in B2B;
- Fluency in spoken and written English for communication with foreign partners (from Upper-Intermediate);
- Experience of working with foreign clients and their support during project implementation;
- Well-developed skills in solving problems/conflict situations with clients, understanding their needs, empathy;
- Skilled user of Google Workspace tools;
- Experience in preparing and conducting presentations and paying attention to details.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in the operational field, in the field of partner sales channel development.
Main responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients;
- Coordination/adjustment of the terms of cooperation;
- Determination of potential areas of customer growth, up-sale, cross-sale;
- Implementation of preventive measures against the occurrence of problematic/conflict situations and delays in solving open issues;
- Coordination of processes of interaction of the company with clients;
- Organization and holding of meetings with clients;
- Identifying operational gaps and helping to improve processes to improve efficiency.
