Account Manager (Account Manager) remotely We are "Productech" — a Ukrainian team that manufactures in China and sells its own branded electronics on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart in America. Our product portfolio includes wireless speakers, air purifiers, body massagers, voice recorders, and accessories. We have been working successfully since 2015, the headquarters is in Miami, USA. Cooperation with "Produсtech" gives Ukrainians the opportunity to earn money on the American market, despite the war. That is why we are inviting an experienced Account Manager to our team to be able to continue growing together. We expect that you and the team will help the business achieve strategic goals every time, ensuring the quality management and development of our accounts on Amazon (our main marketplace), Ebay, Walmart, IngramMicro and others. Functional duties: to know the rules and policies of the marketplace and monitor changes in the rules; monitor health indicators of accounts on marketplaces; create and fill listings, participate in the formation of content for listings and control its relevance; use existing content to promote the brand in Amazon Posts (creating tapoposting graphics); daily check of the backend of the listings for full occupancy in accordance with the rules and policies of Amazon and other marketplaces; daily monitoring of front-end filling of listings (content, BuyBox, Crossed price, etc.); checking the account for the up-to-dateness of the data and providing the necessary information on request from the marketplaces; solve technical problems with marketplace support (opening cases, claims work); find and test new opportunities to increase sales/reduce costs on marketplaces, involving other departments; adjust promotions, coupons and change prices; management of flows based on data from the logistics department, weekly/on-demand update of balances according to product availability on marketplaces; automate routine account management processes. We are waiting for you: experience as an Account Manager at Amazon from the 1st year - mandatory; high level of English — upper-intermediate class; system thinking, desire to automate routine processes; technical literacy (confident user of Google Sheets, ChatGPT); the ability to quickly solve problems when they arise; attention to detail; high communication skills.
