The successful candidate will beaccountable for leading and managing client’s expectations, development resources, and project budget bysetting clearly defined attainable goals for the: 1) Client— tomanage expectations, manage relationships, communicate issues or successes, use the opportunities togrow the team, track and improve project’s PnLreport; 2) Team— tocomplete projects ontime, within budget, with meeting Software Development Metric Goals insoftware quality, and meeting Project business goals with the help ofaproject-assigned Project Manager orProject Coordinator who isresponsible for software design and development, task estimation, resource planning and allocation, and project status tracking &reporting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ● Operate within the Account Management Process atWaverley ● Manage the Client’s relationships and expectations ● Manage and solve conflicts with the Client ● Develop and update the stakeholder register and track/manage stakeholder engagement/ motivation ● Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors ● Manage the escalation process and oversee action items execution down the road ● Setup and execute the risk management and escalation process for assigned Waverley Accounts ● Setup regular communication with the client, make yourself available within reasonable time (atleast till noon Pacific), immediately inform the engineering team and other stakeholders about the issues asthey are discovered ● Understand the project resource needs and control/improve PnL ● Work with PMs closely todetermine budget vsactual and determine the variance and corresponding actions torectify ● Participate inproject/account related proposals development ● Provide leadership project development initiatives according to customer’s/account needs ● Closely engage with engineering management responsible for the developers on the team ● Provide internal feedback toWaverley stakeholders ● Collaborate with other Waverley Customer Success Managers toevolve and optimize best practices Experience and Skills: ● 4+years ofmanagement/leadership experience insoftware development organization ● Strong knowledge and experience inAgile Methodology and corresponding tools like JIRA ● Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills ● Demonstrated ability tointerface effectively and collaborate with Customers, peers and management todevelop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in ● Strong leadership with the ability totake initiative and accountability for achieving success ● Have a“can-do” positive attitude ● Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or arelated discipline.
