Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Advertisers on a daily basis providing assistance with their daily operations;
- Analyze metrics on the platform and apply the necessary optimizations to ensure growth of the assigned accounts;
- Create recommendations for advertisers;
- Assist customers with fixing technical issues in collaboration with the technical team;
- Maintain warm and friendly relationships with all the clients.
Hard skills:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management; ;
- Upper Intermediate/Advanced level of English language;
- Knowledge of Google Drive tools and MS Excel;
- Expertise within AdTech industry will be a big plus.
