We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales team.
Key Requirements:
— Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English proficiency;
— strong Excel skills;
— soft skills such as communication, negotiation, problem-solving, responsibility, time management and stress management;
— ability to collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and other departments to meet client requirements.
Responsibilities:
— drafting and negotiating contracts with current clients, reviewing all terms and fees;
— managing invoicing process and ensuring timely payments from clients;
— scheduling client calls to discuss project updates and upcoming plans;
— negotiation skills to handle contract terms, pricing, and service agreements;
— collecting feedback on our developers' performance from both outsourcing and outstaffing clients.
We would like you to have:
— minimum of 6 months of commercial experience as a Sales or Account Manager preferably in the IT industry;
— proven track record of successful cooperation and direct communication with clients from various regions, including Europe and the US;
— experience in IT outstaffing/outsourcing practices will be a plus;
— advanced proficiency in Google Sheets;
— strong multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
