Account manager in bill_line

bill_line is an international fintech company from Ukraine.
We have created and are developing a payment system for any online business.

bill_line clients are online stores, marketplaces, banks, insurance companies, charitable organizations and any other companies with online payment transactions.
Among our features as a payment service are provider — the ability to create custom solutions and work on the client care principle at every stage of interaction with the client, from the connection request to integration and transaction support.

But we do not plan to stop there and continue our way to the moon.
How do we do it? We do it in a team of our stars. Well, now we are looking for another one - Account Manager.

And here are your future tasks:

- Support and development of existing customers;

- Control and fulfillment of contract terms;

- Building loyal relationships;

- Additional sales;< /p>

- Conducting presentations and business negotiations;

- Development and implementation of customer loyalty programs;

- Participation in the development of our product through the development and implementation of automatic notification programs, statistics, errors for customers and the company (work with the development team).

We expect from the candidate:

- Higher education - mandatory, preferably - economics , finance;

- Experience in transactional business - from 1 year (banks, financial companies) - must have;

- Experience in the field of sales of payment solutions and customer support;

- Professional user of Excel - formulas, summary tables and graphs.
