We are looking for a Account Manager to join our team. Your role will involve working with clients and conducting negotiations to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client performance metrics and conduct negotiations to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Evaluate client KPIs and provide strategic recommendations for performance improvement.
- Engage in commercial activities with clients to maximize deal profitability.
- Understand and assess client needs, recommending optimal solutions.
- Develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure aligned support and strategy implementation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Technical proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High level of self-organization and attention to details.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Portuguese, Japanese, or Spanish.
- Experience in the igaming industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
