Areas of responsibility:

Making phone calls to systematically collect feedback and identify customer needs.Encouraging customers to engage in activities and use additional services.Increasing the level of loyalty and quality of customer service through a personal approach in communication.Working with objections.Communicating closely with the team to achieve common goals.Reporting, including translation or transcription of dialogues with clients as necessary.< /li>
Our ideal candidate has:
- 1+ years of experience as a Retention/Account Manager or in the field of customer service.
- Fluent command of the English language (German will be a plus).
- Proactivity, the ability to listen and hear, understand the needs of customers and the team.< /li>
- Experience in customer service in Europe, Canada and Australia.
- Experience in iGaming, finance or telephone sales.
