Inthis role you will beresponsible for managing multiple clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. You will work closely with clients, the recruiting team, andHR tomeet client needs and deliver exceptional service. This isadynamic role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Responsibilities: Manage multiple clients and serve astheir primary point ofcontact. Onboard clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork iscompleted accurately and efficiently. Gather requirements from clients for new positions and effectively communicate them tothe Recruiting Team. Deliver Request for Quotation (RFQ) tothe Recruitment Team, providing clear instructions and timelines. Collaborate closely with the Recruiting and HRTeam toidentify and select suitable candidates. Conduct interviews with potential candidates toassess their fit for client positions. Provide performance feedback tooutstaff employees, helping them improve and excel intheir roles. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with outstaff employees toaddress any concerns and maintain apositive working relationship. Keep track ofemployees’ accruals, such asvacation and sick leave, ensuring accurate records are maintained. (temporary task) Monitor employees’ performance and provide timely updates toclients, addressing any issues orconcerns. Process annual performance reviews using Airtable orsimilar tools. Generate monthly timesheets before payroll isdone Occasionally modify client charges information toensure that Accounting Department doesn’t miss any ofthe additional fees Identify upselling opportunities and work closely with clients toexpand their engagement with our services. Work week schedule: Monday-Friday— 14:00— 23:00 (Kyiv time) Weoffer: Asupportive team PEAccounting Competitive Salary inUSD Office orRemote mode ofwork 15+business days ofpaid time off Team building and corporate events Equipment provided Fragrant coffee from the barista inthe office Job requirements: Previous experience inasimilar role, preferably inanoutstaffing orstaffing industry would beaplus. Strong organizational skills with the ability tomanage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills toeffectively engage with clients, candidates, and internal teams. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability towork independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability toadapt tochanging client needs. Detail-oriented with ahigh level ofaccuracy inpaperwork and documentation. Familiarity with performance management processes and providing constructive feedback. Proficient inusing productivity tools such asAirtable, CRMsoftware, and MSOffice Suite. Acustomer-focused mindset with apassion for delivering exceptional service. Fluent inEnglish with advanced language skills. Available towork 40-hour work schedule with apossibility tostart work after noon.
