What we expect:
- Experience in the position of account manager or manager of work with clients from half a year
- Mandatory experience of working with numbers or finances, Google tables or Excel. The ability to analyze a large amount of information
- English from confident B1+ and above
- Experience in negotiations and the ability to argue a position
- Experience in resolving conflict situations
- Experience of working in a team and independent organization of work (experience of managing a team will be a plus)
- Ability to maintain accountability in the CRM system and in Excel, ability to work in a task manager (will be a plus)
- li>Literacy in written and spoken communication - Ukrainian/Russian and English.
What to do: p>
- Support and develop projects of current clients
- Engage with onboarding of new clients (talk about our rules/tariffs/create and issue advertising rooms, represent the team and the company), conduct meetings as needed< /li>
- Build friendly and professional relationships with clients, understanding their business needs
- Ensure that the client is replenished on time, encourage the client to spend more with us
- Control payments and document flow in coordination with accounting
- Quickly respond to complications and settlediscussion questions
- Daily work with internal departments of the company, distribute tasks, control deadlines and quality of work performed
- Report on work results in Excel format and in Trello.
Tasks for the trial period (1 month):
- Get acquainted with the provided information and documents (adaptation)
- It is good to understand the services provided by the company
- To employ and accompany all the clients we have.
