If you can manage projects, communicate with clients and motivate the team for results at the same time - you are the one we need We expect from you: - 2 years of experience working in agencies as an Account manager - understanding how promotion in the media, targeting, preparation of creatives for various platforms works - understanding the algorithm of work of agency departments - experience organizing the development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies for clients - experience in creating individual offers and calculating budgets for the client - good managerial skills that will help to manage several projects at the same time and plan the loading of the team - a proactive approach to work - English proficiency at the Advanced (C1) level What does an Account manager at Vivid do: - organization, management and control of the internal work of the team regarding tasks agreed with the client - briefing billing clerk, agreement of documents with the client, - preparation of individual proposals and budgets - preparation of internal and client reporting - manages projects - communicates with clients, helps the team to sell the product, solves complex issues - takes care of a high level of Client Service in the agency - establishes effective communication in his team - analyzes the team's work on projects and improves it We offer: - participation in interesting projects and professional development - a creative team and a friendly atmosphere - a hybrid format of working remotely or in a comfortable office ( tea, coffee, goodies) - work schedule Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - official employment.
