Duties:- Cooperation with current clients and follow-up of order fulfillment. - Processing and analysis of the database, optimization of work processes. - Working with the array of data in Google Sheets, preparation of database samples, design of reports. - Ensuring the timely provision of solutions in accordance with the needs and goals of clients.- Searching for new clients, building relationships with them.- Fulfillment of the set KPIs, increasing the company's ROI.- Close cooperation with the team and the manager with the possibility of rapid learning and organic integration into the current workflow. Ideal Candidate:- Has previous experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Support Manager, Junior Account Manager or in a related role. - Good analytical skills and experience with databases in Google Sheets.- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.- Experience with project management tools.- Positive approach with strong problem-solving skills and interest in learning.- Team player. - Self-motivated, driven, adaptable, goal-oriented, proactive and resourceful.- Eager to learn about the product and passionate about customer experiences.- Ability to work independently without constant supervision, previous remote work experience is a plus.- Excellent communication skills.
