Responsibilities include:
- Manage day to day client communications as the client’s primary point of contact
- Be the advocate for the client’s success
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional products or services to partners
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to existing clients, working closely with the business development team.
Monitor project performance and profitability, tracking key metrics and KPIs, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or operational issues affecting customers.
- Conduct regular project meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare reports on account status
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience in an Account, Sales, Business development manager role.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Will be a plus:
- Familiar with SEO
- Experience in IGaming/CBD/Crypto/Fintech/SaaS niche
