Skills: 1) Support of the denials department: timely resolution of insurance denials; notification of facilities about problems in accordance with protocols; communication with facilities by e-mail and phone; contacting insurance companies to resolve denials; 2) Pre-authorization department support: sending PA status to facilities; tracking PA status; processing documents related to PA received by fax; retroactively approved PA status; providing assistance to facilities in resolving issues , related to PA;Responsibilities: Basic knowledge of Excel preferredExperience with documents would be a plusExperience with numbers would be a plusMultitaskingAbility to work under deadlinesAbility to learn quickly and continuouslyAbility to easily process large amounts of informationResistant to stress .Attention to detail.Quick and proactive.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteWhat we offer:A great opportunity to work in a dynamic multinational company.
