AMO Pictures is an international digital production company that creates stories for billions users. We have our own video production that works in the direction of fiction, non-fiction and animation. Our mission is to create and share video stories that inspire the world. We are looking for an Account Manager who will be a key link in maintaining and developing long-term relationships with clients, will understand their needs and will be able to offer effective solutions.

What you will achieve in this position:

• You will maintain contact with existing clients regarding projects, develop long-term relationships, solve their needs and problems
• You will coordinate the work and interaction between clients and teams to ensure timely completion of projects
• You will analyze and develop new strategies to expand cooperation with clients
• You will accompany clients from start to finish projects

For this you will need:

• Higher education in business, marketing, management, communications or a related field >
• Experience in the position of an account manager (B2B marketing manager, sales manager, client manager, brand manager) for at least 2 years
• English proficiency at the level of min. B2 (Upper-intermediate)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to express opinions clearly and convincingly
• Negotiation skills and closing deals
• Experience with strategic planning, ability analyze data and market trends
• Confident command of office programs and planning programs

Your manager will be Ksenia, our Operations Manager. She is responsible for the development of the B2B direction, and in the last 6 months, together with the team, it was possible to increase revenues from external projects by 10 times. Prior to AMO Pictures, she worked for an international company where she managed a new product direct sales team and organized promotional activities including large events, planned goals and ways to achieve them for more than 100+ employees. Ksenia is looking for a professional in her future colleague who knows how to put herself in the client's place, understands their needs and creates all the necessary processes to improve cooperation. She also values ​​sincerity, the desire to achieve high results, and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
