Account Manager is a key business partner and payment industry consultant for our clients. He builds quality and long-term relationships with existing clients and monitors the increase in the profitability of their business.

You will have the following tasks:

  • maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and face-to-face meetings;
  • identifying new business opportunities through market research and industry analysis;
  • interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions , including product demos, presentations, etc.;
  • maintaining customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and ensuring timely and professional coverage of their needs;
  • upselling and cross-selling to existing customers with the goal of increasing customer revenue and growing the client base;
  • collaborating with other teams, including sales, marketing and product development to ensure smooth operations;
  • tracking and reporting on client performance and preparing regular reports for internal and external management.

What you need to join us:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in a similar position or capacity sales/business development manager in B2B products;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking;
  • ability to work effectively at a fast pace and in conditions of increased pressure;
  • ability to work autonomously;
  • high level of mastery of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • mandatory level of English language not lower than Upper-Intermediate.< /li>
