We are looking for a talented Account Manager who is ready to help us expand our product and foster deep client satisfaction and loyalty.

About the project you’ll work on:
Our team works on creating a multifunctional hub allowing our users to sync their sales on multiple eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) with connected marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Walmart). Our goal is to create useful e-commerce solutions within the single hub to streamline and automate multi-platform management processes.

What we expect from a candidate:
— the same experience working in a Account Management/Customer Service sphere or other positions in a Product Team;
— spoken and written English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
— empathetic, desire to help and support clients;
— communication skills: to educate customers on a value they can get from our solution;
— ability to process information and break it down into finer details;
the ability to hear client feedback and process it efficiently;
— to be results-oriented, with a strong focus on product improvement;
a challenging and inquiring mind.

Responsibilities:
— Interact with new clients and support existing customers using different communication channels such as live chat, calls, emails, and tickets;
— build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
gather, analyze, prioritize, and relay feedback from clients to the team;
— lead the onboarding process for new clients;
— resolve all customers issues or challenges with the development team;
— collaborate closely with the product team;
