Your main responsibilities:

• Regular communication with partners, development of business relations , resolving typical requests
• Supporting the launch of our products on partner platforms, assisting in the onboarding process of new users
• Cooperation with internal departments to help meet customer needs
• Forming and provision of reports, analysis of key indicators
• Planning and distribution of promotional campaigns
• Work with invoices (payment control)
• Development of the "partner card", qualitative impact on the growth of key indicators

Required skills:

• 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in large projects
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level.
• Experience with CRM systems, Jira, Google products, Excel, (basic understanding of Figma or Photoshop will be a plus)
• Ability to argue and defend your point of view, conduct negotiations correctly

• Experience in working with objections, conflict resolution.
• Ability to quickly find answers to any questions within the team
• Ability to effectively work with large amounts of information.

*Preference is given to candidates with experience in iGaming or Social gaming (B2B)
