As a key account manager, you will be part of our sales team located in Ukraine, and will be responsible for attracting new customers and expanding interaction with existing corporate customers, focusing on deepening cooperation and increasing loyalty. You will also be responsible for accelerating market penetration and attracting new leads that require our key services, focusing on solutions to achieve the highest value.
Your main objectives as a Key Account Manager will also be:
- Development of customer relationships in selected market segments and long-term support in the implementation of cloud technologies with Crayon products and solutions
- Search, identification and classification of potential customers across Crayon products and solutions
- Implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at sales support
- li> Prioritizing potential customers to achieve consistent growth targets and preparing our customers for cloud transformation
- Building and effectively managing the sales chain using Microsoft CRM, maintaining the current state of the sales funnel.
- Supporting customers in the process of working with the Cloud-IQ tool, company products and services
We expect you to succeed in this role if you < /b>are an independent and proactive team player and possess effective communication and collaboration skills. We expect that you have experience in selling IT solutions, as well as a proactive approach to selling cloud solutions.
Experience and competences:
- 2+ years of experience in the technology/IT industry in the corporate segment
- Experience in selling IT solutions, understanding of cloud services
- Experience service provision, as well as a strong business network, ideally in the enterprise and corporate market segments, will be an advantage
- Proven success and achievements in selling IT solutions
- Higher education, preferably technical/economic /financial
- Understanding of SAM Software Asset Management or certification in Microsoft Licensing would be a great advantage
