We are the monetization team of the AdConnect project and are currently looking for an ambitious Account Manager , ready for development and professional growth.
Our project involves the creation of new logics and continuous improvement of the product (DSP) to increase the efficiency of partners' work with our traffic in the Dating niche.
This position is a great opportunity for those who have already started their acquaintance with Affiliate marketing and want to dive deeper, see the results of their work and directly influence the success of the project.
We have a cool backend, cool analytics, and most importantly, a smart, driven and friendly team that is always ready to help and share their experience.

You will be inspired by:

— Active communication with advertisers, help in the setup of SRS/SRM campaigns;
—Daily interaction with the analytics team;
- While moderating creatives, you will find many insights and you will 100% want to create your own custom funnels. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-product teams to implement your own hypotheses and ideas.

You will always be interesting and full of adrenaline, because our team does not wait, but acts immediately. Therefore, we will grow dynamically together!

What we expect from you:

— Developed communication skills and the ability to negotiate;
— Strong desire to develop in the field of Affiliate marketing;
— Ability to collect and interpret analytical data, understand interdependencies;
— English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
— Positive thinking, independence and responsibility;
— Ability to work productively in a team and interact with colleagues;
- High level of Microsoft Office skills.

Will be an advantage:

— Experience in the field of Affiliate marketing;
— Basic knowledge of Tableau business intelligence tool;
- Knowledge of HTML, SQL;
- Experience with high volumes of traffic.
