• Hold your hand on the pulse of modern routine automation technologies and interested in it
• You love data and don't shy away from exploring it and proposing changes or improvements based on it

What will you do :

• Help our Seller Friends by answering questions about using the site
• Inform partners about updates and innovations and help them start using them
• Investigate the sales of Partner Friends and help them improve their earnings on the site
• Work with incoming calls for orders from sellers that need increased attention
• Collect, organize and help translate into reality feedback of Friends-sellers
• Form and control the process of disputes for orders that have increased attention
• Form the process of compensation for orders both for Guest-buyers and for Friends- sellers
• Keep your hand on the pulse of mutual settlements Friends-sellers
